Blackbeard's fruit is effective against every devil fruit. Not only the Pika Pika No Mi. But Blackbeard will still be defeated by an Admiral, especially Kizaru. Remember, Kizaru can move at Light-speed, as demonstrated when he kicked Drake without him even noticing it. And Drake was a Rear Admiral. Even someone with that kind of training wasn't even able to spot Kizaru's kick, much less stop him. Blackbeard has to go a long way before defeating an Admiral.

Although he's beaten Luffy more than once, he's an Absolute Justice marine and his facial expression gets on my nerves, I dislike Kizaru but don't hate him. In personality, he's a mixture of Akainu's severity and Aokiji's softer hand. Plus, his Pika Pika No Mi is to behold even for One Piece. If nothing else, he's among the top enemies of the Straw Hats and their next encounters will be something to see.

Now next if kizaru try to use his speed to outrun katakuri then still katakuri can easily predict the place where kizaru will appear after disappearing from his logia light and if katakuri predict place where kizaru will summon and use his mochi thrust or haki arm then kizaru can get serious damage
