This song reminds me of a point of my life where I needed guidance but couldn't find it. I felt like i was doing everything right i was working I was being loyal to those around ne I probably prayed every second of the day to be delivered from homelessness and I put in all my effort into meeting god half way but i still was sleeping outside pregnant with my daughter with no where to go this was literally last year may 2014 I'm comfortable telling my testimony cause it might give light to someone going threw there struggle.. 2 weeks before I had my daughter everything around me went from bad to worst my child's father who I've been with for 2years was cheating on me i was already sleeping in hotels and cars trying to save for an apartment and I decided to pray. I prayed everyday but that day I prayed repeatedly while walking at 5 in the morning pregnant I decided to go back to this building here in DC for shelter who At that point turned me down a total of 20 since I lost my apartment that day they found somewhere for me to go it was a program for battered women and children I was crying tears of joy cause I've been trying non stop to find somewhere to raise my child I had nothing to my name but my work clothes and one outfit I stayed in that program for 6 months and left there with a car and a apartment.. The moral of the story is god sees your struggle he planned it.. Trust your struggle and trust god he doesn't move when you want him to but he is right on time.. I just celebrated my daughters first birthday party in my own place and to think last year i was homeless with 2 outfits and nothing for my baby THERE IS A GOD AND HE IS A GOOD GOD! I HOPE MY TESTIMONY CAN HELP THE NEXT PERSON BECAUSE HE BROUGHT ME ALONG WAY IN A YEARS TIME JUST TRUST YOUR STRUGGLE ITS NOT FOR NOTHING. I PRAY EVERY BROKEN SPIRIT THAT READS THIS BE RESTORED AND I REBUKE THE SPIRIT OF DOUBT AND CONFUSION AND I PRAY TO GOD THAT YOUR DAYS AHEAD ARE BETTER THAN YOUR LAST IN JESUS NAME.. AMEN..
