really the only good track on this record. kinks were pretty lame in the 80s.

jahnsahn76 they were great on Give the people what they want with rockers but
“Killers eyes” which speaks volumes with all the school shootings today. State of Confusion had commercial success with Come Dancing but I liked Word of Mouth more which is soooooo underrated with the title songs blistering guitar and Dave’s Walking on a thin line and Sold me out and Think Visual was uneven but had some good songs like “working at the factory “ But to each their own. They are reuniting but I wish it would of been ten years ago as opposed to 25 years since they broke up.

well - I'd probably agree with you after feeling that the Kinks could do and have done better....now I miss them and never listened to this album or their last one Phobia and every freakin' song on those albums (this one included) is sounding tremendous to me. All perspective...
