Kinks, The - Never Met A Girl Like You Before Lyrics
Hey, I never met a girl like you before.
Yeah, I never met a girl like you before.
Girls like you are very hard to find.
Hey, I never met a girl that I could miss.
Girls like you are very hard to find.
When I kiss you,
I kiss your lovely lips.
When I hold you,
You got one hand I want to hold.
Girl, I never met a girl like you before.
Yeah, I never met a girl like you before.
Girls like you are very hard to find.
Hey, I never met a girl like you before.
Yeah, I never met a girl like you before.
Girls like you are very hard to find.
To find, to find, you're mine...

Kinks, The Never Met A Girl Like You Before Comments
Greatest band ever!
This lp contains See My Friends...a reason to own it!
That false opening always cracks me up.

Don't forget that, besides his phenomenal guitar playing ablities, Dave Davies was a fashion pioneer who wore his hair very long by early 60's standards. The same haircut the George Harrison had during mid-1967, Dave Davies was wearing 3 or so years earlier. Ray wrote the 1966 song "Dandy" about Dave's foppish lifestyle.
Dave Davies had the most far out guitar solos of the early Sixties, man. If it weren't for him, there would be no MC5, forget it. The Kinks were too influential.
Who, or what, are MC5?
