I used to despise this band because the falsetto vocals. Now revisiting it I think its my favorite part. Glad I gave this amazing band another chance.

First time I heard King was when Spider"s Lullaby was first released. My initial reaction was "The music is great, dunno about that voice." A few more listens and I was hooked and bought Mercyful Fate 'In the Shadows'. It wasn't until 10 years later that I started getting the rest of the albums. I played Abigail for my cousin that mostly listens to rap, and his response was "Goddamn! That nigga can sing his ass off!"

It took me a long time to get used to his vocals
