I'm from Flint where king is from, I want to say that first. And a metal band blowing up out of Flint is rare enough in itself, because Flint is a rap heavy city, the rap scene in Flint is revolutionizing every day, and when he released that project as yavid he really got alot more support from Flint (not that Flint didn't support king before, but the support definitely grew with the yavid tape) and I think that's why they incorporated some of the sound from the yavid projects. to make the support from not only Flint continue to grow, but the support from the rap fan base in general. Idk that's just my thoughts.
