This song really helps with my anxiety because I get myself into the mindset of "my life's a mess" "I'm going to ruin everything" and sometimes "everyone's looking at me" and just hearing this song makes me think about how tiny and insignificant I am, and if I die, everyone's life will go on. That gives me comfort like I can't explain.

Sometimes during migration it happens by mistake, but it isn't done for the purpose of jumping off the cliff.
