I stopped listening to rock , grunge , and alternative by the time ...gin blossoms were called alternative. Aka I'm a stuck up musical prodigy that has to find music interesting. I'm 41. "Jenny was.." is a great song. It's not overproduced , it is reminiscent of equal.parts of the best of each genre. In every recreating generation. I hear Brit 60S, punk influence a la the replacements , bowie, kinks, xtc, and I don't know about the rest. But I like this song. If you feel good ..the band obtained the goal. Facts,
