I try to believe in a higher power but I just can't get myself to do it. I feel that our sense of god has been fabricated by the same men who corrupted and plagued this beautiful planet. How can someone put their faith into the same thing that destroy what we all spend all of our lives building? Still not buying into it for this reason but hope that there is more than just what I have seen with my own eyes.

I would say that there is more than what you have seen...I would also say that there is MORE..."IN" what you have seen. Some issues have to do with the way we interpret things. People put faith in a fabrication of God...which is man made and not ACTUALLY GOD. So What I mean to say is ...There is more to God then what you may have "seen" with your own eyes.
