Kenny Wayne Shepherd - Yer Blues Lyrics

Yes I'm lonely wanna die
Yes I'm lonely wanna die
If I ain't dead already
Ooh girl you know the reason why

In the morning wanna die
In the evening wanna die
If I ain't dead already
Ooh girl you know the reason why

My mother was of the sky
My father was of the earth
But I am of the universe
And you know what it's worth
I'm lonely wanna die
If I ain't dead already
Ooh girl you know the reason why

The eagle picks my eye
The worm he licks my bone
I feel so suicidal
Just like Dylan's Mr. Jones
Lonely wanna die
If I ain't dead already
Ooh girl you know the reason why

Black cloud crossed my mind
Blue mist round my soul
Feel so suicidal
Even hate my rock 'n' roll
Wanna die yeah wanna die
If I ain't dead already
Ooh girl you know the reason why

KWS plays it and sings it better than TheBeatles.

Minor correction, that's not him singing. Noah Hunt is his longtime vocalist.

@codyawhited Dirty Mac was a once off band which featured John Lennon, Eric Clapton, Keith Richards, and Mitch Mitchell. The famous footage is of them playing John's song 'Yer Blues' which of course was on The Beatles(white album). I do however wish Dirty Mac had done at least one full album, just imagine that line-up.

He's right. It wasn't a concert movie exactly.
    A music movie. :)
It was a 'made up' band of all stars that did a great version of the song.
    That's all.
One and only Beatles' song. For sure.
