i think you'll find the criticism from most pre-Black Metallica fans is that the band did indeed 'think new' on the albums that followed Black, which is why most of those albums aren't very memorable to the 'original' fans.

Haha, funny I love this song because it is so full of adrenaline, but I rather enjoyed this version. While Metallica's version is much more raw, this reveals a sadder level (yeah probably thinking too much into it haha)

See! We get so caught up in Metal sucks or Hip Hop sucks or whatever, but when you really get down to it music is from the soul and all our sould same size. We just express the feeling in them in a little diffrent way. We just need to always keep in mind it's coming from the same place.

Good main voice, but the music and background singing is even better, atmospheric and eerie, I'm not sure if it really goes together...there's not much Metallica in it though, just the lyrics...As I said, the soul voice is OK, but a more classical/traditional one would fit the song much better...

love it. very very good. great way to tell the story. And it shows once more what an awesome lyric writer James is. i have never heard the lyrics this way before, i missed a lot subtile things in the magnificent original.

It' a nice cover. I like this morbid atmosphere that sounds an old and real ghost story. :) The main theme is very simular with the James Bond main theme. Insanity. :)
