Keb Mo is an accomplished Blues singer/songwriter that has been around for a long time. His easy style and expressive voice has told many stories over the years, but he might take exception to being called a country performer. Try to understand an artist for what they are, not how you want to catregorize them. I do think he would be pleased that he might have exposed prospective new ears to the original sound of the south.

"Blues are the roots, Everything else is the fruits", Big Lou. This doesn't sound like country. Some of the better country sounds like where it came from, the Blues.

Keb Mo has been on my listening list since way back in the early 90's...wonderfull on all sides..

It's a heartbreaking song with emotions that goes deep,deep as deep can go.Times are running back in my memory and that of my brother,it feels like the sun and the cold rain and snow and ice it seems to touch that part we call soul and we can't find in a body but we got it all,we are just stoned by listening and you know what it means he sings it like he was witness of it

i've listened to it over and over and my ears dont understand whats going on. I hear no good melody, no climax, nothing sticks out what so ever. I'm fine with just not listening to it anymore because I really dont agree that this follows under the genre country.
