agreed, I think jazz fusion in general doesn't get it's dues. Look at Bela Fleck and the Flecktones, Kenny G, Tommy Emmanuel, etc. Amazing musicians and phenomenal song writers. Aside from the occasional grammy in the "adult contemporary" category, they get no real attention.
