I remember listening to this song in the car on my family vacation to California with my mom and my dad when I was little. Driving down the beaches and the city lights. Things were so simple. Years later my dad and I still listened to this song. We had a really conflicted relationship but we both loved each other. Times I didn’t know how he felt. But after he passed suddenly three weeks ago, coming back and listening to this breaks my heart. But it reminds me of how much he really did love me. And i love him forever.

He is I agree.  But the "EDM" scene has ruined/tarnished electronic music.  Whenever someone says, I listen to EDM, it makes me cringe.

I think what they mean is that old Kaskade music had live instrumentation mixed with synths. Vocals weren't screwed and augmented like his older stuff like 4AM, I remember, Steppin out
