So many rap songs about hoods being shamed down by corrupt cops. Now we have a rap song from the other side of the fence. They act both the same with the same goal, yet one is smart enough to have beurocratic backing. That's why the "cop gang" will always win.

Serioualy, if any gang wants to make an actually shift of power in their cities they strive to control, then have their young blood enroll in the police academy before they get any major charges on their record. Replace the police with the gang homies without them even realizing it has happened, and rule that fucking town

They still have to follow the law, imagine if the FBI found out. They'd all be arrested for conspiracy, maybe treason, and corruption. The media would slam that pd and city FOREVER.

In the end You'll be just as bad as the last guys, not to mention that this is MUCH MORE complex than just "All cops bad, make Gangbangers replace them" they'd be changed after going through Police Academy, many might leave the gang or rat on them.
