George's records were my babysitter, My dad put me in a play pen, and put a stack of the possum on the turn table. I would play with my stuffed animals, and listen to George. Dad worked a farm, but when he checked in on me, he just flipped the records to the other side. I fell asleep to George, my second daddy. My dad met him on a Country cruise. He sang with his band. My dad, Charlie Carson. Inspired my dad to go BACK to Nashville and record AGAIN!!!! Very proud of my dad. 80 years old on Feb 18th, he is still kicking out the foot lights,
