He was amazing. Glad you discovered him. It's cool that we got to walk the Earth at the same time as Daniel Johnston. In the future, he will be as important as Bob Dylan or Lou Reed. To me, he already is.

We met through Daniel a decade ago & I miss him deeply. He was a tremendous painter, musician & innovative thinker. RIP Andrew & an invaluable Friend.This was one of his favorite Daniel Johnston songs.
