This was me and my husbands song. We had so many struggles together. 17 years together. He died of cancer New Year’s Eve 2017. I know he’s watching over me and his baby girl. Always in my heart LCB 💙💙

Nggak sengaja denger lagu ini pas lagi diputer di radio punyanya warung angkringan deket tempatku nunggu jemputan. Awalnya biasa aja pas denger lagu ini, tapi begitu udah sampe bagian reffnya, jadi penasaran deh. Tanpa pikir panjang aku langsung deketin warung angkringan tadi buat dengerin liriknya (karena nggak tau judul lagunya apa). Cuma dapet lirik yang bunyinya "'cause i don't care" sama "i will follow you", tapi akhirnya sampe juga deh kesini.

93' masih SMP kelas 2,inget pas lagi tenar2nya nih lagu,sering diputar di radio waktu bulan Ramadhan tengah malam menjelang sahur....ya Allah itu 26thn lalu

this song hurts my heart

First time I heard this song is when I watch True Romance many years ago, and then I heard this song on march 2016 the next morning after my daughter is born, I was driving home from hospital to bring my wife and daughter new clothes, the sun is on my back and suddenly this song is played on the radio, and I began to cry, I went to a full blown weeping that I had to stop at the side of the road to calm myself down, it's not sad cry but it's not a happy tears either, the happy tears comes three days after when I held my baby daughter in the middle of the night after breast feeding, she smile in my arms and this song is suddenly played again in my head... I've been playing this song after that from time to time and it never gets old....

Loved this movie.John Waite is a fantastic singer.Hes great on his own.He was Bad English for awhile and they were an awesome band.Then hes back on his own again.Now in 2016 hes still singing but he doesn't get the credit he deserves.Hes awesome and still has a great voice and is still handsome John love ya

i remember this movie, watched in PI mall with my gf  20yrs ago

This song..jesus man. It's like an arrow straight for my heart. I recently discovered it after deciding to watch True Romance after how many years, and it hit me like nothing before. It's the perfect heartbreaker, and I've had my share of moments of both happiness and broken hearts. The uncensored version is better though, not quite the same not hearing him sing "The world out there can kiss my ass, as long as I've got you I'm free". You just don't censor that, it robs the line and song of some of the impact.

I've never seen that movie, but that song could be one of the most painful things I've ever heard since the person who fits it is dead.
