Joe diffie takes me back to the good old days.Things we're simplier..Momma was cooking in the kitchen,grandma was putting up jarred tomatoes..I love this kind of country music..Me and my dad would be out on the boat catching bass fish..I miss those days.

Takes me back to my childhood days. Weeding the garden, feeling safe and secure in my Daddy's home. The hot summer days, swimming in the canals, fishing on weekends. The smell of sunday dinner on the stove, and mom and dad, and my brothers and sister there. But every wild oat I sowed, always took me back home. The feel of mud between my toes. What an amazing time to be Home..!!

I truly feel sorry for people that cannot relate to this song. I feel like they were deprived of a proper upbringing. Even if country music is not your thing, if you can't get nostalgic about your childhood home, something went seriously wrong in your life, and that is truly sad.
