I've been struggling for a good seven years. I recently went to Texas for training, and met this beautiful, good woman while I was there. She was an angel to me. Last 5 months we had been talking long distance, and I don't know what happened. One day we were talking, next thing I know shes gone. I said some stupid shit. Maybe that's what made her mind up? Who knows. One thing I do know is that she made me a better person, for once I didn't need to listen to Joe Budden in order to handle my issues. Now I don't know. Back to this song of course so that pretty much says it all. I Feel myself slipping back to where I was before, I don't know anymore really.

The beat mixed with marijuana was entrancing, it's the first thing that got my attention about this song so maybe THC would help. Budden probably picked this beat because he was high haha. In his new album (All Love Lost) he raps about how he was lazy on this album---I can tell on the intro to this song, he's kinda just going through the motions. The fact is even this is better and longer than a lot of other rappers so I give him slack. I hate when rappers put out a 2 or 3 minute song WTF then they never finish it, just leave a great song where it is---I'm not talking about promos like what A$AP mob does, that's fine and pretty cool.
