has anyone else noticed that at 1:12 jj actually says "you drive me cray"? hmmm. guess he started that slang term. took a few decades to catch on. legends never die.....

J.J. Cale is so laid back that he couldn't even finish a two-syllable word, and ended up inventing a whole new slang term.

I realise that in my imagination I can't hear the engine of the bike. So, the question is, when you're actually on the bike with the engine going, can you still appreciate the mellowness of JJ Cale?

Right now I'm 8 and on the beach.

Oh I forgot..I can't explain what his music does to me...BUT on so many of his compositions, I will get the shivers...GOOSEBUMPS...his music just touches me..so sincere, so sweet, so well sung! Such little effort it seems, such greatness !

I first heard JJ's TraveLLog album at the age of 18..I was blown away and love, absolutely LOVE 98% of his works. Consistently GOOD Tunes...undoubtedly one of the best musicians out there.

I'm a total jerk and happy to tell you that I hate Americans and American music.
