Jimmy Reed - My First Plea Lyrics

Baby plea, first time I plea to you
Baby plea, first time I plea to you
Darlin', now ya got me so upset, baby, because I don't know what-a-do

Don't pull no subway, I rather see you pull a train
Don't pull no subway, I rather see you pull a train
You know I love you, love ya baby, girl, ya know it's a cryin' shame

Feel so bad, baby, feel like my heart's skippin' a beat
Feel so bad, baby, feel like my heart skip a beat
Well now, I'm tellin' you pretty baby, don't you know what you're doin' to me?

Jimmy Reed was the man. He should be crowned as The King of Blues. I used to listen to Jimmy Reed when I was a kid. My father used to play his album to on the stereo. He was a remarkable singer. He had a very unique style that no other artist couldn't 'touch. Jimmy Reed was born to be a bluesmen. I 've been a fan of Jimmy Reed every since I was a kid,and always will be a fan.
