Clues, yo. At first I thought it was a play up of that Lost Boys scene in "Peter Pan" where they have that food fight with the fake food....but then I fell into a reddit rabbit hole on the subject of pizzagate/ pedowood and realized that there are so many dark and scary clues in pop music and pop music videos that symbolize / normalize the organ harvesting of children.
