I love JLo´s version, of course Diana´s amazing, but this is just so soothing, sweet gentle vocals, comforting in a way, her singing sounds very velvety and warm without all the vocal tricks and gymnastics and flying hands other singers do all the time. It made me feel at ease, this may sound weird but it feels like your mother´s sweet singing to get you to stop crying and comfort you to sleep.

Hi there, putting other people down to praise someone else doesn´t make anyone but you look bad and mean. No one with a good musical ear could say this was horrible singing, it simply wasn´t at all, she sang in tune and delivered very sweet simple but warm and comforting vocals. You may say there´s a ¨fireworks¨ version of this song for those who want a big flying hands spectacle with vocal runs, tricks and gymnastics, if that´s your taste Mariah delivered that kind of grandiose version and it´s beautiful. JLo´s is the romantic sweet candle light version for those who want a comforting feeling and warm soothing vocals, this was a beautiful rendition in fact closer to Diana´s minus the vibrato.
