I’m currently doing the first rise and the smell of this dough is amazing!!! The dough was not as smooth or elastic as it appeared in the video, so i added more milk and ended up adding more butter to get it to the springy bread texture I would have expected. The recipe states 30 g (1/2 stick) - is it (30g) 2 Tbs or 1/2 a stick? Also, could you put the directions for the recipe and the pans size in the description box as well?
That's Ladey Pav it's an Indian recipe even the dough is highly refined wheat flour calld Maida it's so soft and fluffy
