Has always bean my favorite, have seen every concert......just wish he had different political views or at least kept them to himself.

Went to see him at Tanglewood last summer.... I was in love with him before and didn’t think it was possible to appreciate him more than I already did, but to see him live brings his genius, soul and creativity to a whole different level. There will never be another James Taylor...

lame...and the cover of the album...lousy photo...who wears grey dress slacks with a denim shirt..only your old uncle whose apartment always smells like farts...and that hat....puhlease...you are bald...deal with it...man...you have to be either an old dude with a calcified prostate or a withered old woman with sagging breasts and liver spots to appreciate this slop...

Obviously stating the obvious, but JT is truly in a class by himself. How in the world does he come up with these chord changes/melodies? Incredible!

Oh my gosh there are no words to explain how much I love his music. It's been a part of my life for so long. I just went to his concert in July of 2014. Totally a bucket list concert for me. It was so amazing. You & I, may be my new favorite James Taylor song.

i always loved his music but found this album weak, stick to singing fire and rain pal or get back on heroin, seems to help you with the song writing process.

hey, i think he is good but lets face it, that last album sucked ass.if he has to suffer for me to enjoy his music i'm all for it.

I felt that the Covers cd and this one were the weakest efforts I've heard by him.I just think his life is different now and its reflected in his music.He is still my favorite singer/ songwriter but sometimes when the artists are in a "happy place" you don't get the angst in their music, that identifies their styles so much! But I certainly don't wish him to be unhappy! I'll just enjoy his older stuff!! =)

Very nostalgic - pure & beautiful music!

James Taylor is indeed a master at his craft. I have had his music in my collection since the early 70's, he is a gifted man. I so enjoy the way he weaves the various instruments into his songs and the melodies that bring warmth to your heart.  One day I will enjoy him live and enjoy some of that "in person" warmth. Keep the music coming JT!

He is one amazing musician.   Couldn't believe when I heard him tell the Beatles got him his first start!  Saw an interview on Audience channel a few weeks ago and he was totally up front and amazing to listen to tell his story and sing.. wish I could see him live now. I saw him in 78.. just him on the corner of the stage with his guitar on a stool in a white t-shirt.  band behind the curtain..last set, he opened the curtain.. what a memory!
