I Love the song and this performance but Im wondering if the crowd really got into it because usually when you sing something like this you expect such an outpouring to God at this moment, I did like how some in the audience were worshiping and giving God Praise because HE LIVES FOREVER.

Only critique would be don’t take deep breaths on the microphone. Also the vocals sound too much like the album hard to tell if it’s live.

@Angeleyes011092 yes smoke does represent the presence of God. If you can recall Revelations 15:8 And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from his power; and no man was able to enter into the temple, until the will of God was complete.

I absolutely HATE Pre-Recorded Vocals at a LIVE performance...its so FAKE to me. I know its required in the secular world but jeesh at least be real when you are ministering...GOD doesn't care if you crack in the Mic or miss a note. Only man does. Old School - back in the day, we didn't have everything that we do now. However, that doesn't stop my praise like josephusent, I can here this at any of the local churches in my area and it will be blessed. What we don't understand ever though this is a ministry, it is a business and record companies want the best presentation at all ministry events. Remember God gets the praise and the glory no matter what!

@njbcmasschoir I would absolutely prefer live vocals at a live event too, but pre-recorded should not have ruined your praise or worship. But thanks for the honesty. I'm glad to know the way people feel about that for the future when and if I have a worship group. If it's any consolation, even when pre-recorded tracks are used, the singers are still singing live - they are blending live with the track (in some cases their mics are muted however)

Wow they look like they are really singing when clerly they are not. The musicians are not really playing either. You can tell everything is prerecorded. Talk about a show.

I like this song and i think they sound really good but i'm kinda lost at the meaning. How does "encore" go with the other words of this song. Could somebody help me?

I understand what u sayin jido35. U said what I meant to say. But I know that they can all sing. Tye tribbett did this a lot at his performances where they were straight up dancin around with perfect vocals coming out the speakers, which is impossible. I guess these groups want to make sure that they always sound on point as much as possible which is fine. I just like it better at some of their shows when they singin raw wit no overdubbin. Jus my opinion

@mrfreez05 They're no lip sycning. It's called over dubbing. They probably aren't over dubbing because they don't like the way they sound. They're probably doing it, because the background noise may be getting in the way. Especially with a song like this, you want people to hear the lyrics and song, so it can minister like it's meant to. They don't lip sync though.
