James Brown - Hot (I Need To Be Loved, Loved, Loved, Loved) Lyrics

This morning I woke up all in heat
Couldn't find no dry spot from my head down to my feet
Got gaspin' and coughin' 'til my body began to sweat
Couldn't find no comfort, torn with hell and fret
I start thinking about the sweet soul sexy body
And my body begin to feel
Couldn't forget the way you made my body shiver
And the cold sweat make me quiver
Girl, I need to talk to you
Girl, I need to be with you
Girl, I need to squeeze you
I need to squeeze you

Girl, I need you, OW!
So good (Gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme your lovin')
Said I touch you with the power in my hand
Then I'll know you've been touched by a desperate man
Then I'll make you glad about the day and time that you were born
Then let you know can't sleep 'til your body moan
(Gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme your lovin')

Ha, I need to be loved, loved, loved, loved, loved
I need to be loved, loved, loved, loved, loved
I wanna be loved, loved, loved, loved, loved
I need to be loved, loved, loved, loved, loved
I wanna be loved, loved, loved, loved, loved
I need to be loved, loved, loved, loved, loved
I wanna be loved, loved, loved, loved, loved

Make me feel good when you say the sweetest man alive
Ooh, feel me, count, 1 2 3 4 5
Ah, ha, hahaha
Ah-ha, ah-hahaha
Oh, oh (Gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme your lovin')
Got gaspin' and coughin', and my body began to sweat
Couldn't find no comfort, dealing with hell and fret
Then I start thinking about your sweet so sexy body
And then my body began to build
Couldn't forget the way you made my body shiver
The cold sweat make me quiver
Really need to talk to you
Really need to be with you
Really need to squeeze you
Ah, I could please you, please you
OW! (Gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme your lovin')
Ah (Gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme your lovin')
WHOA! (Gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme your lovin')
OH!

Said I need to touch ya with the power in my hand
And let you know you've been touched by a desperate man
Then I'll make you glad about the time that you were born
Make you cough and sweat, make your body moan...
(Gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme your lovin')
(Gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme your lovin')
Hit me! OW! (Gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme your lovin')

Ah, I need to be loved, loved, loved, loved, loved
I wanna be loved, loved, loved, loved, loved
I need to be loved, loved, loved, loved, loved
I wanna be loved, loved, loved, loved, loved
Got to be loved, loved, loved, loved, loved
I wanna be loved, loved, loved, loved, loved
I wanna be loved, loved, loved, loved, loved
I need to be loved, loved, loved, loved, loved
Got to be loved, loved, loved, loved, loved
I wanna be loved, loved, loved, loved, loved
I need to be loved, loved, loved, loved, loved
Got to be loved, loved, loved, loved, loved

What a huge compliment,2 steal from Bowie, making it sound like it was the other way around, when in actual reality,it was(Bowie was paying tribute 2 JB,and it did sound like he was out right stealing,WOW)?!

    I ❤️ the 70s!

I think you nailed it, John. Happy Thanksgiving.

  2. z.... ,....

    awful..............bowie is far more funky

  3. W.... B....

Yea, Bowie is a FREAK like the STONES were, more in love with black people and especially their MUSIC, than black people are in love with themselves lol. But that's their appeal, their unequalled humility, wish I could be like them. No one played the blues AND rhythm and blues, better than the STONES, they then turned that love into a beautiful fusion of blues ROCK, spawning TWO of the best albums ever made, BEGGERS and BLEED. ONLY HENDRIX made better albums. Bowie even checked black ladies and died loving one, coooooooooooooooooool.

21 thumbs down!!! are you fucking kidding me!!!!! fucking idiots!!!

  5. B.... ....

The hottest six minutes ever pressed on a 45.

  6. A.... ....

This is the 1st I'm aware of this song. Surprised I haven't heard it.

  7. D.... S....

Just listening to the Bowie multitracks for FAME. The 3 Alomar guitar tracks are unreal! More than meets the ear

  8. T.... P....

James Brown song in 1975. I had this tune on 45 record.

  9. R.... B....

JB was/is forever my boy since the late late 60s, since I was 8 years of old, but I hated this song! But he was the inventor of funk, soul and R&B. He didn’t need to go backwards by copying David Bowie. James Brown was the MAN to copy! Anyone agree in 2019.

  10. B.... ....

One of JB's hottest jams. This was originally released as a six minute long 45.

  11. B.... ....

This jam was composed with JB's fiery compassion for arranging completely original hot, funky tunes. Every time I hear this cut, I realize that the 1970's James Brown beat heat is still on.

  12. J.... G....

bowie didnt even write this song,,, theres a bunch of "ghostwriters" that allow their songs to be singed by other musicians,,, then the fake thge lawsuits,,,

  13. J.... B....

    Big Work

  14. B.... ....

This classic James Brown near-hit, helped his nearly crippled hit parade, find new Billboard chart fame.

  15. A.... J....

I remember this on Christmas break 1975.......first grade! Steve Jacobs

  16. o.... ....

Ok, who ripped off whom? Did James Brown's band create this groove or did David Bowie, via Carlos Alomar? Can anyone answer this question for me?

    o.... ....

    fame was first

  17. K.... A....

James Brown and Polydor Records simply released the whole song so the world could see where David Bowie got it from and for sales. No samples in James Browns version.... The song is played live... Bowie version IS a sample, however. One of, if not the first artist who sampled from James Brown. The entire rap industry begun from samples of James Brown grooves. I never heard him complain about any of them... Class! Please people James Brown had to steel from no one. Period. You are truly sick if you believe David Bowie wrote that groove. Not one like it before or after by Bowie. He named his whole album Hot after the song by Brown, to let you know where her got it from, and it certainly was his biggest hit that took him to Fame... Period!

  18. B.... ....

One of the world's favorite and completely original James Brown songs dedicated to the subject of sex.

  19. m.... ....

It even sounds like it was sampled!! (way before sampling, lol) :-o

  20. P.... S....

    Lol: hot

  21. B.... ....

One night, James Brown woke up in a cold sweat and created this hot, fame filled, very funky mess. This could have been titled "Shame." Trivia: I was born on David Bowie and Elvis Presley's birthday, January 8th.

    OMFG?!?!?!

    Hollaback @ me mein,we need 2 talk,alright?

Not only are we both caps, but we’re soul-brothers/sisters,born on 1.8!

MAN,there’s a slew of peeps on our day,it’s quite fascinating all of the peeps that are on our celebrated day,w/Elvis/Bowie being the 2 biggest(if it was just them, that would be more than enough, but there’s even more)?

If I were db,I would’ve let JB slide as well, what the hell? But after all, wasn’t he initially stealing 2 begin w/?

What a huge compliment 2 have The Godfather of SOUL steal from you,who else can say that?

    NO ONE

I know a cat that shares our b-day,but he doesn’t have an ounce of cap togetherness,I haven’t seen this dude in years,we were never even close,I just know that we have the same b-day,that’s all!

    OH WELL
    😔

But did you know that our day is also shared w/r.kelly & Kim Jung-Un?

I kid you not,I can’t make this BS up,seriously! Both a stone cold pedophile/sick Nazi on our day, what the...?!?!?!

I really don’t count nor claim those rather sick mofo, but it’s weird as hell that they’re both born on our day, filled w/one-of-a-kind talented unique revolutionary individuals, such as:

    SAM RILEY (actor)
He portrayed the late great Ian Curtis in ‘control’,actually getting the role on our b-day,no kidding!

    DAME SHIRLEY BASSEY
    LARRY STORCH
    SOUPY SALES
    little anthony
    ROBBIE KREIGER
    AMI DOLENZ
    HARRY ‘boom-boom’ ROMERO
    MIKE RENO
    MELISSA HILL
    PEDRO GILL
    BOWIE
    ELVIS
    🕺

There are even a few more, always get hip 2 others around our b-day,a couple of more actresses that I can’t recall offhand....

    MICHELLE FORBES

Those are just off the top of my head,we’re in an amazing class of individuals,b/w the exception of those two clowns 🤡,who really shouldn’t be in the mix,yet they are?

I tell peeps that, they don’t even believe me,but why would I make that up?

Knew about Mr. Kelly’s sickness 4 decades, yet the industry did nada, just let him make millions, then called shenanigans well after the fact?

There was a local record store that actually sold that sick pee tape that he made, there’s no way in hell that I’d buy that, much less peep @ it,not even out of sheer curiosity?

Then there’s other caps who’ve made a mark on the world, such as NIXON,who went down in flames, but like a true cap,he stood by his words, when he got caught red-handed(even pulling an Ali in the tv ads, claiming that he was the prez, even b4 he got it,then he won,a real-life cap move, well played baby)?!

Then there’s ALI,about the best representation of a true Capricorn ♑️,talking mad stuff, then backing every single thing up,NO BS @ all!

Both Steve Harvey/Howard Stern are caps, both can come off like butch a-holes,but stern has come off of his perch a bit,Harvey is still seemingly a a-hole,coming off almost like the potus,he’s got hella attitude, yet worth millions!

DUDE is doing a hella disservice, painting all caps into a corner, making us all look like mean spirited evil bastards, when he has absolutely no excuse 4 his rather bratty behavior(man, grow the hell up,da’am)?!?!?!

The way that he acted on his show, you knew that it was going 2 get axed,he was becoming more & more smug/arrogant/selfish/ignorant w/each episode.

This silly fool could’ve had that gig 4 decades, but he just had 2 f it up,lovely!

The mo’nique episode was the nails in his coffin,he disrespected her on national tv,when he should’ve had that conversation in private, trying to make her look stupid made him look even more foolish!

DUDE has plenty of other shows, but that 1 made you see him 4 the evil Capricorn stereotype that he is,and he obviously doesn’t give a damn who knows,t’ah?

Then there’s the lovable cap a-hole that is Mr. Bill Maher, who always bounces back,no matter how many folks he offends, from politically incorrect 2 real time,he just goes w/the flow!

But why are most caps so dang-gone arrogant?

I guess because we get the most hell, being the 1st borns, but still?

    A lot of ‘em are mean,bitter & evil,when a cap seeks revenge,you better run,duck & take cover,’cos it ain’t gonna be nice,not @ all?

Now I can’t stand those kinda caps, the Harvey types, since they make us all look bad(stern used 2 be like that, but he’s mellowed over the years, thank goodness)?

All of these cats are mega-successful,regardless of how you feel about them, they’ve all made a huge mark in the world, even if you can’t stand them, you can’t say that about most other signs,we have a way of breaking on through like a MF,ya dig?

Other Capricorns ♑️ worth mentioning are Denzel Washington/Janis Joplin/Angela Bassett!

Another soul-brother is Graham Chapman,1 of the original Monty Python members!

Then there’s the philosopher/scientist who recently left this mortal coil, cannot recall his name, but he could only speak through a digital contraption, what is his name, ugh!

    DAMN

He wrote a matter of time,it’s on the tip of my tongue,it’ll come 2 me eventually, see(that’s how my crazy brain works)?

    STEPHEN HAWKING

    Ah,there it is...

We’ve got so much history between all of us,we change the world 4 the better, and the biggest Capricorn of all is the main one who died 4 all of our sins collectively...

    JESUS CHRIST
    BLESSINGS 2U
    PEACE
    AMEN

AND WHAT'S SO CRAZY ABOUT THIS IS BOTH THIS SONG AND FAME WAS RELEASED IN THE SAME YEAR,1975.DAVID BOWIE RELEASED FAME ON JULY 25TH OF 1975 AND JAMES BROWN RELEASED THIS JAM IN DECEMBER OF 1975.

    M.... R....

Bowie thought about how much he had taken from James Brown and decided not sue. And everyone who is a fan of both are very happy about how it went down.

  26. C.... W....

  30. C.... S....

I don't care. I love both Fame and Hot. I love both Brown and Bowie. In my humble opinion, the two songs stand on their own.

  33. J.... I....

I have to say this is better than Fame but pales in comparison to Footstompin.

  34. C.... R....

1975 onwards james brown was never the same. this is a good example

    C.... R....

He wasn't the same after 1979

    C.... R....

Yes 78 gave you gimme those cakes all over by 79

    C.... R....

hell was his last great album for me. you can actually hear the disintegration on that record too. as the old band were leaving and certain tracks sound out of place. I still love it but after that is was over

    C.... R....

Hi yes I do get that really do and I have to agree I suppose just that on albums up to and including 1978 all had at leastt one track I really felt was on it but deffo not like his old JBs stuff

  35. J.... ....

If you compare the sheet music it's obvious they're totally different songs.

  36. C.... ....

    FAAAAME!

  37. S.... A....

love ya, Mr. Brown, but the white boy wins on this one! They both have Carlos Alomar to thank for this funk gem

    S.... A....

yes, and that is note for note take, then applied with same cords dam, that is bowie and Alomar song, Alomar wrote other songs think with bowie. found the one think he wrote some of young americans that is the album not sure what songs.

    S.... A....

@8cspohn they were together for YEARS so that is very likely

    S.... A....

  41. P.... K....

I read/heard that JB claimed Bowie had used his style of riff/break and therefore he was reclaiming (in a way) what was his funky sound in the first place by recording this track back at him...

    P.... K....

Bootsy Collins wrote this and sued David Bowie! He won!

    P.... K....

    Preston Johnson That didn't happen

"Hot (I Need to Be Loved, Loved, Loved)", is a funk song by James Brown. Released as a single in December 1975, it reached number 31 on the R&B chart, It uses the main riff from the David Bowie song "Fame", released earlier the same year.Guitarist Carlos Alomar, who created the borrowed riff and was a co-writer on "Fame", was briefly in James Brown's band in the late 1960s. The song also appeared as the lead track on Brown's 1976 album Hot.

    M.... S....

did James pay Carlos any royalties?

    M.... S....

HOT uses EVERY riff from "Fame".

    M.... S....

James knew he was OUTFUNKED on this tune from Bowie.....this is like looking at cheap bodywork

    M.... S....

It was probably the other way around ...i have been told...they hear it take it use it then claim it...

  45. D.... C....

    gimme-gimme-gimme-gimme-gimme-yo-LUVIN'!!!!...OOOWWH!!!

I know all the lyrics up n down but thats my favorite part☺

  46. H.... 5....

I like both versions, I think James was pretty creative at the time for hearing and using the funk in this groove. This remix is way before hip hop. Hope he got permission though.

    H.... 5....

nope he didn't, James was nuts around 75 plagizaring n shit

    H.... 5....

    Nope, James stole it outright.

  47. V.... V....

Fame Fame Fame....What's your name ?

  48. r.... l....

Fame was released August 1975,topped US charts a month later. James Brown released this 1976

  49. C.... 9....

This was a period when James started copying people who copied him. He was running out of ideas.

  50. O.... R....

definitely a rip of fame but is way cooler, lets face it.

  51. G.... B....

Earl Slick (Bowie's guitarist at the time) said in a recent Mojo magazine that Bowie was minded to sue for the cop. But when this wasn't a very big hit, he decided not to bother.

  52. O.... ....

This is one of those songs from the really WEIRD part of the Godfather's career...right when some of his former musicians were starting to takeover the black music landscape (Bootsy and Company). I remember reading in the liner notes of the J.B.s compilation set that around the '74 or so--after "The Payback",according to Fred Wesley--Brown started thinking he'd "lost it" and as Wesley put it, "started imitating people who were imitating HIM!" This is one of those songs...along with the J.B.s' "Makin' Love" (basically "Skin Tight" by the Ohio Players) and the straw that broke the camel's back: "J.B.s Monaurail" ("Express" by the B.T. Express).

    O.... ....

Thanks for sharing that info. They're all great, imitations or not. I mean, Fame is a classic, but the arrangement on this is a whole different level. I would have to think that Bowie was flattered.

    O.... ....

It was theft! The Godfather committed hiway robbery in the daylight with this song.

  53. D.... S....

Unlike most of you, I was actually a part of the very vibrant music scene of the 70's.'Fame' was released earlier and was a big hit, but 'Hot' was, and is James Brown. Years later, Bowie and Brown were asked about who ripped who and neither would cop! James Brown originated that entire style of funk repetition. Notice the difference in the lyrical theme. James Brown was the international Godfather of Soul- Soul Brother #1. If he wanted to do a Bowie song, he would have given him credit. He recorded Bacharach songs and gave him credit. Listen to the man! Listen to JB and Pavarotti: he out sings one of the greatest singers in history  with grace and dignity. JAMES BROWN IS STILL THE MAN!!!

    D.... S....

+David Stubbs if you're gonna nick someone's rif then at least admit it!

    D.... S....

    Say WORD!!!

  54. p.... ....

Whatever is funky to begin with, J.B. can make even funkier. I love both Brown's and Bowie's versions. Double your pleasure, as the 60's Double Mint gum ad says.

  55. J.... ....

We have the great Carlos Alomar to thank for this riff, and legend has it he was playing it early on in JB's band; he went on to play with Bowie, and on the Philly Dogs tour of Fall 1974, he was using the riff in an arrangement of the Flare's "Footstompin' "--  later that year when Lennon showed up at a Bowie recording session at Electric lady and Bowie had Alomar bust into the riff and that, with some quick lyrics and a little bit of Shirley and Company's "Shame Shame Shame" (which Lennon was singing in the studio) brought us "Fame".  JB kinda reclaimed it a short while later on this song, although I'm not sure if it's Alomar playing the riff.

    J.... ....

Man, thank you for turning me on that Footstompin' version. I would have never found that otherwise.

  56. G.... B....

    Don't be silly.
OF COURSE James Brown ripped this song off from 'Fame'. And why not? Heard a good riff, appropriated it, made it his own. Nothing wrong with that, cross-pollination in music is as important as it is prevalent.
Also: Mr. Michael Mata, "The Riff" is NOT actually John Lennon's, but Alomar's. It has been featured on Footstompin' a few months before 'Fame' was recorded.

    G.... B....

no, they had the same session guitarist who had written the lick first ;) carlos alomar

    G.... B....

you can also hear jungle boogie at 2:41 :-p

    G.... B....

    @Frazer Miller
Naw, Alomar was with JB years before that and for less than a year. He wrote the riff while with Bowie. You ask me, that shit needed to be used in MORE songs. Awesome stuff.

    G.... B....

very much so bud, checking out more of his stuff later... thx for the heads up /thumbsup ;)

    G.... B....

Bowie didnt know what to do with this track so JB freaked it for him
    Dont believe me???
Go to the Soul Train performances of this song by each one and see for yourself who did what and what the crowd response. You can just listen to the tracks and tell which is better
Bowie tapped into a groove but JB's version is THE BLAST boi
    Too funky freal

  57. M.... K....

Gimmee Gimmee Gimmee Gimmee Gimmee good lovin'... OUH!!!! eeeeeeeeee!

  58. g.... ....

THE BREAKDOWN IS MY SHIT. " MAKE ME FEEL GOOD WHEN THEY SAY, SWEETEST MAN ALIVE..." WITH THAT GUITAR RIFF? COUNT : ONE TWO THREE FOUR FIVE.

  59. d.... s....

I guess it's all about age. Everybody knew in 1976 that 'Hot' was a direct cover of 'Fame'; yet the laws of sampling didn't begin to get established till 1979 (Chic vs Sugar Hill Gang). Notice the original break and bridge. It's not stealing, dumbass, but a sample before sampling...child!

    d.... s....

you cant just say its not stealing. its more complicated than that. how would you feel if some guys using your shit without warning or consent. come on man. get fukkin real

  60. f.... ....

Carlos Alomar, James Brown's guitar player before he went to Bowie, deserves the credit http://music.cbc.ca/#/blogs/2012/8/Rear-View-Mirror-The-song-that-both-David-Bowie-and-James-Brown-stole

  61. W.... A....

This is a direct "stealing" example!!  The instrumental is the song "Fame" by David Bowie with some crap lyrics and screaming thrown on top.

    W.... A....

@Sjef Rolet I did check him out on Wiki and read his bio, as I said.  I will do some more reading and listening.  I am not one to just put aside multiple opinions without checking them out.

    W.... A....

Those "crap lyrics and screaming," as you say, are indelible trademarks of Soul Brother #1, James Brown. What, you're not a fan of the real deal?

    W.... A....

@pankfan60 I am just not a James Brown fan, that's all.  Nothing more.  Everyone has their opinion about certain music and certain artists.  He is just not a fav of mine.  Apparently, he is one of your favs, and you are a diehard fan.  Nothing wrong with that at all.  Enjoy!!

    W.... A....

That's what hip hop is nowadays lmao

    W.... A....

David Bowie was incredibly good at stealing from everyone and making it all his own - he was the musical equivalent of Picasso :-D

  62. j.... ....

I sampled the organ and the horns from this record and put it in a couple of rap demo songs back in the late 80's. The horns were a great sample!

  63. J.... B....

    who cares....

  64. k.... ....

James Brown completly REMADE that song . I just love what he did with it .
I don't know why some people can't understand and appreciate it . Just enjoy it for
what's it's worth and just quit trying to analize it . If David Bowie has a problem with it , let him worry about it .

  65. k.... ....

Yes Mr. Brown did " borrow " some coponents from Fame , but just listen to what he did with it . He turned it into one helluva of a funk classic . Those chord changes , superb blistering horn work ,
completly new wording and background vocals . His transformation of this song is simply incredible . He made this a " James Brown Song " Who can deny that ?

  66. J.... O....

how could he sue the godfather of funk anyway. both are great funk tracks

  67. K.... S....

This is a rip off. Before working for Bowie, Alomar had been one of Brown's side men. He quit after have his pay docked for missing a cue during a recording session.

  68. M.... J....

    The Jb's second to none

  69. M.... J....

The JB's sample no one , neva ,eva !

    M.... J....

    Just delusional.

  70. G.... T....

    The Above Average Black Band!

  71. M.... M....

As I mentioned above: the guitar part was written by John Lennon; but I assume you are correct on Alomar playing the part twice.

    M.... M....

I had no idea John Lennon could come up with anything this funky.

Actually, John Lennon came up with that riff when he was in the studio with Bowie, but he didn't take writing credit for it; it's been described in a few biographies out there--all of the Beatles did a lot of that kind of thing: just hanging out and helping other musicians out anonymously. I've heard that John wrote the piano part on "Bennie and the Jets" as well, but I haven't read that anecdote personally, so I don't know if it's true/

This is one of JB's better late 70's singles. The groove is pimped out but approaching disco hustle funk. Some say he jacked the melody from David Bowie's Fame, but both are funky!

    I am james brown

music is communal. covers, samples, its all artistic love..unless you're making bank over someone elses breadcrumbs

  76. B.... ....

One of the longest songs ever crammed on one side of a 45.

  77. P.... ....

This was the period when Fred Wesley said James Brown was losing his mind, copying people who copied him! He was angry with others having big hits with his style of music. David Bowie's 'Fame' was out first and James Brown used his music to make this. The interesting thing is Mr. Brown didn't have to resort to such pettiness. The bridge from 2:16 to 4:20 is superior imo to the 'Fame' music and he could have made a great song just on that.

If Soul Brother #1 sampled me, I would shit and then immediately die of happiness.

You can't get this on the Re-issue MLPS from Japan, which I bought thinking this would be on it,Wrong! And they need to Release 'Get Up Offa That Thing' on CD Damnit,Because I have neither the Lp, which I bought for 1$. I think at a used Record store in about 83' or the CD I sold for not enough when I was broke.Life can Suck but this Song, Rip off or not, is Cool !

  80. B.... ....

There are no samples on either record. Guitar player, Carlos Alomar, who played for Brown and Bowie, supposedly played the same riff on both songs, Hot and Fame. JB was in a borrowing mood during this era of his career.

    You Got That Right !!!!!

The most" Blatant example ". Come on man .You can't be serious . Listen to the song side by side with " Fame " carefully and I mean carefully . Exactly how much Mr. Brown
took from Fame . Ninety nine percent of that song is a James Brown creation .

  83. k.... ....

James Brown completly took this song and remade it into his own creation . In his own image . The words, the background vocals , The fantastic horn riffs , the organ and piano melodies all come from the superbad genious of James Brown. Except for the guitar pattern from the Bowie song , and that's was only partial , you can't prove that
this entire song was copied from Bowie. No freakin way . This song was a big Hit in Jacksonville, Florida . Man I just love those horns .

  84. J.... M....

actually it was Carlos Alomar who wrote the riff for David Bowie's "Fame"

  85. t.... ....

You're right.....just remember that the British have much love for our R&B/Soul....especially Motown and James Brown!

  86. s.... ....

James Brown sampled David Bowie. I believe that Mr. Brown did this without David Bowie's permission, however David was a class act & let the Godfather slide.

  87. t.... ....

Who sampled who? James Brown or David Bowie?
