He probably has hundreds of songs that are unreleased like this. According to one of his producers he would have songs he even spent years working on that he never finished. When he died in his bed room was a list of songs he was working on still. Some songs were very new and some were pretty old. My best guess though is that maybe he forgot he even recorded this and never came back to it. He probably forgot more songs than he remembered recording since he did so many.
