I have to be by myself when I listen to this. I can't listen to it without crying/sobbing/bawling yet. It's not only the lyrics, but the way he puts it across. It's all just too overwhelming for me.

My brother and I almost died in a car crash early morning after the 4th. We both had been going thru alot. Long story short we went out looking for trouble. Testing the devil. He found us. Tried to take both of our lives. God said no. You can not take my son's. We jumped into a cornfield. I literally mean jumped. I lost my brother in the cornfield. He got out to try and find the road. Pitch black. Screaming for him.. nothing..
I call 911 the cop's showed up. 2 officer's. I was scared for my life at this point I am a biracial male with dreadlocks in a county I've never heard of in a field with 2 cop's. They question me before having me turn and walk in front of them thru the field.. I thought for sure I'd be shot. No they tell me to stop the firefighters we're in the area. I still can not find my brother I gave them a good description even a picture of him from his phone which was in my car. I got a ride to the front of the property for more questions. I tell them I am just happy to be alive can you please just find my brother. Mind you all this happened around 3 am.. my mother shows up with my girlfriend and I am allowed to leave but I don't want to leave my brother behind. So I insist we continue to look we do. Hours pass by nothing. Finally at 7 am I get a call from the sheriff's office claiming they have my brother. I show up and my brother is in tears. He is darker skin than I so I could only imagine how they treated him. He tells my mother and I how they found him in a random van sleeping and when they woke him they immediately arrested him. Took his wallet and said he was a suspect. Took him to the station denied him a call didn't ask who he was why he was in the van nothing. Told him he could not have anything to drink. Treated him like a criminal. Didn't give him a citation or anything either.. but I got to talking to him and my mother about God and why I only hear evil. They explained that's the devil first he will jump at the first chance to get you in. You actually have to listen to hear gods voice. I immediately woke up. I always believed but... now I'm a believer. I was saved. My brother was saved. We both sould be dead. God wouldn't allow it. Today I was upset crying because I felt I let people closest to me down. I almost killed my brother. Took him from his family. His daughter.. his girl...I had alot of regret and remorse.. I asked my mom what to do... she referred me to this song.. GOD IS REAL! GOD IS LOVE! THANK YOU GOD FOR SAVING ME! GOD BLESS YOU ALL!
