I feel like they are mixers to Linkin Park, BMTH and Deftones. Reason why is because his vocals when he screams sounds almost like Chester and the instrumental seems like when BMTH dead (the album that's the spirit) and the video seems so creative like Deftones.

Love this new direction they went in! Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the brutality and complexity of their earlier stuff, but I've been hoping for Eddie to utilize his clean vocals more. Glad he decided to make it primary!

i thought it was kind of ironic how they sounded WAAAAAY too much like BMTH. "I'm a deer in the head lights" makes my accusations correct. theyre a good band, but it's unsettling knowing that someone thinks they can be as good as Oli and his group.

Merri M I see some similarities to bmth in this new album in terms of sound. But I think it's unfair to point out that lyric, since "deer in the headlights" is a common phrase which has been around far longer than bmth.

I'm all for progressing as a band man. And I really do love your voice too, but this just isn't the band I came to find myself so fond of. Not one scream on the entire record and that just broke my heart. With the auto tune and electronic bullshit I just can't listen anymore. Sorry dudes ✌🏻

Kwame Coleman not if they sound very similar to them... I've only heard two songs by these guys, and I can't not hear BMTH - sometimes a bit of You Me At Six as well - like ALL THE TIME

Same shit happened when they first came out. They were compared to Architects, and I guess now it's BMTH. Whichever way a band goes, there'll always be other bands that sound alike. Music is a vaccuum. It's bound to happen. Very rare to have bands who have such a unique sound that they can't be compared to anyone else.

With that said, it also depends on deej's intent with their comparison. Is it with enjoyment or disappointment? Because I see a lot of people happy that they sounded like Architects, but then disappointed that they sound like new BMTH now. Either way...it's sounding like any band? But is that such a bad thing?

I personally love that both Imminence and BMTH cleaned up their sound the way they have. It's like they--along with myself--have outgrown the screamy growly, and super aggressive sound. Cheers to those who enjoy the heavy stuff, you can like whatever you want, but I like their style even more now.

Yeah there is much of a Bring Me the Horizon influence here with the electronic work, and the vocalist has a Sam Carter vibe, but this band will definitely evolve into something way cool

Whether a light or heavy sound, it's still pretty good. You guys pull it off well. Usually I prefer the heavy sound but it's cool with how you guys are approaching things. :)
