"over sing"? You've obviously, clearly never heard the original by John Hiatt. She goes strong virtually note for note where he does. In fact he belts it out much harder at the end than she does.

Comments say she's better, technically yes , but it's the brashness of her voice that brings out her true essence in what arguably could be the most memorable performance of her career. Maybe the exact copy of the John Hiatt performance was the reason big shot American execs snubbed her career path. Nobody has done a John Hiatt song better. Ilse DeLange is a European Treasure. So wildly successful in Europe, shame on those that repress talent never too take that chance. This song deserves 100K+.

Ja en je punt is? Voor die tijd was er ook ondersteunend personeel nodig toch? De verdiensten zijn zo giga, dat wat minder reclame ook wel kan en het personeel toch goed betaald kan worden. En hoezo een maandabonnement afsluiten? Dat was niet nodig geweest als er niet zoveel aan verdiend moest worden en Kazaa, Pirate Bay, Lime Wire etc niet waren gesloten om dezelfde reden, viel geen geld aan te verdienen. Een beetje reclame ontkom oké maar ermee worden overladen is een beetje veel van het goede

Het gaat nu om geld verdienen en dat gaat op het internet meestal met reclame. Ik baal er trouwens ook stevig van hoor. Op 14 november 2006 werd YouTube overgenomen door Google voor een bedrag van 1,65 miljard dollar. Dat geld moet worden terugverdiend, en dus ergens vandaan komen, makkelijk zat toch?
