Just another opinionated asshole but to be honest Midwife Toad was a fantastic song. If all the songs were that kind of ambient/electronic, post-rock vibe it would be a great album I'd definitely pay $15 for. The other songs have areas where they are really great but in general are just terrible. Still going to follow the band but I'm just hoping for a different direction.

I listened to you guys first from Smosh, then I saw that album and you guys blew my mind. It was a whole new style of screaming and it was fun, funny, and sometimes even deep and emotional. I miss that about you and I wish you'd go back to your roots.

I know bands are supposed to grow and change in order to progress and not sound the same but you can't do a complete 180. You gotta keep the things that made the first hits. I can't even recognize this as ismfof anymore and sure he's just being himself but to be honest it sounds like he just listened to a couple beats for 20 seconds and was like "eh those will fit". There can't be any doubt that it might not sound good. Even if it takes ten years to put a good melody to the lyrics then it would be better than throwing some together on audacity and calling it good. Just my opinion

i like it. its cool. very different from previous work but at the same time not really different. ismfof have always been a hectic band to listen to. I can see why someone wouldnt like it, but in the end it all comes down to if you can handle new experiences.

@890gg90 He just didn't want to write the album with Epitaph because he is tired of other people controlling his shit so If Epitaph unsigned ismfof, Alternative Press or Epitaph would write a statement about them

epitaph is a shitty label anyway, ismfofs first album was obviously slapped together and pushed out the door way to fast because of the label. then they rejected the first version of astral rejection because it was to different from their previous release and that's the real reason nabil left the band
