So far it still remotely is for me (though I must admit the band has been blatantly and steadily declining since Nabil left) I do have to agree with you at this point that Caterpillar Sex will certainly be a surprise if it ever is released, though. It's going to happen or not whether it does or doesn't. I don't have any say in that. That's strictly dependent on Matt according to what I hear nowadays.

@TheCokeman1200 I am too, I don't like their new stuff as much as their original music, though. I've grown to like them less as time has passed. At first I didn't really care for Astral Rejection. Now I like it more than I ever did, though I still feel like Can't Spell Slaughter Without Laughter is better. I don't hate this new material but I feel like it's more lackluster than Astral Rejection, though it too is beginning to grow on me. I'm pissed about the almost two year delay as well, but I guess if I have something positive to say about it it would be this: If the album isn't ready to be released, I don't want it to be released. I want Matt to do as good of a job as he possibly can with this new album. I want to like it in time like I did their last album.

I guess you also don't understand that there are musicians out there that really don't care about negative criticism from fans about how they should sound one way and not another or how their record labels wish for them to sound or look. Thank goodness, because if not, they would all be drones. If you don't like genres to be mixed, good for you, plenty of people do. It's funny you say listening to this music is like tripping on acid, because if you knew Matt at all, you would know that he probably was on acid or really high when he wrote this song. Also, concerning another comment of yours "the label he was on a rock based label for god sake make some rock based music!!!!" are you unaware that there are labels out there that support multiple genres? Not at all horrible, im just saying its harder to listen to(again not that it sucks it just has to many jumps in my opinion) I miss the guitars and band side of things to but still love it and hope a album is releasex soon.
