Ok I might be a little too late with this theory but I think I know why there's the pill scene at the beginning and then hes a surgeon
Surgery is one, if not the most stressful job in the world, being in charge with someone's life
Its obvious that a surgeon will be "parinoid" knowing that they are in fact in charge of someone's life and one wrong move could result in death.
So one little mistake could mess everything up.
And we see how society goes "Well you're just being paranoid."
So I think the pill represents the one little mistake us, parinoid people make that makes us feel like we can't do anything right and even in the biggest jobs we will fail. Being paranoid after taking the wrong pill while you're a surgeon suggests that we all get paranoid over small things and think they have big outcomes, sometimes they do. So we can't control ourselves when we're parinoid. We cant keep those thoughts from our mind of a constant right or wrong

Chester would’ve wanted the other members of Linkin Park to move on and create more albums in order to honor his memory and legacy. Brian Burkheiser would be a great singer to help Linkin Park in making another album should they decide to make another album. Obviously, it wouldn’t be the same without Chester because nobody could ever replace him.
