For me, Penguin Highway—like a lot of other anime works—symbolizes summertime bliss with its mood and audiovisuals. The fact that the end credits song captures that tone with its instrumental beats and Hikaru's melodious cadence further cements the film's status as a "feel-good" experience. I'll go as far as to say that it surpasses Maquia and A Silent Voice, and not just on atmospheric merits. The chemistry between the two leads, the pacing, the setting... They also work together to craft something that's simultaneously endearing and moving.

She really turned into a pure romance sappy songs type of musician. pretty bad. Her early stuff is what is better.

I hate to break it to you, but even a lot of her older music is comprised of "pure romance sappy songs." Do you read her lyrics?

That being said, most of her love songs are more about heartbreak, yearning for someone, losing someone to a break up or even to death, and feeling insecure. She hasn't really released many sappy, overly happy corny love songs about being madly in love with someone.
