Has anyone else noticed at 00:50 that one sister "nods" to the other as if to say ".....yeah, i know you are high but this is your cue to sing..." They are just so talented and so lovely. Often wondered if the people who were in the audience that night felt like there was something very special unfolding.....just tremendous. Thank you for the video upload.

For sure, if Karen Carpenter had the vocal power to sing rock songs (she didn't, but that's ok since she was an amazing pop singer who could do a terrific job on jazz and country numbers as well) I do believe Ann Wilson is what she would have sounded like. Heart fans sometimes react angrily when people like you and me people point out the similarities between Ann's mellower vocals (on songs like this or '(Love Me Like Music) I'll Be Your Song', 'Soul Of The Sea', 'How Deep It Goes', 'Just The Wine' etc.) and Karen's vocals, but regardless if they admit it or not there is definitely some resemblance between them.

One of the greatest bands ever. I saw them blow everyone away in 1978 at Georgia Jam at Atlanta Stadium. They came back a third time and did Rock-n-Roll by Zeppelin and it's the best I ever heard the song, no disrespect to Led Zeppelin, Heart wad just that good. I still have a crush on Nancy

There will never be another sister act as talented as these two sisters! I remember them from 1976 when I was a junior in High School. I have had the pleasure of attending three of their concerts. Little Queen and another in 1984, when I married. They are the epitome of class and I loved them singing and playing Led Zepplin at their World Achievement Concert, bringing a tear to Jimmy Page's eye. Dog & Butterfly is still my favorite tune of amazing Heart!

@Rusty That's right Rusty, I was thinking more when they had big hits in the 80's like What about Love and Alone, great band tho' lol. There tribute to Zepplin doing Stairway to Heaven live was superb playing in front of the Zep guys must have been nervous for them.

People comment on it being too short...this was one of 3 versions of the theme on the Dreamboat Annie album. The first was a verse and acoustic guitar duet. What they played here is the last song on side 2, a further fleshing out of the song...and the lyric 'back in a little while' was the time it took to turn over the album to side 2. The final version was on side 2 at the very end, a more orchestrated version.

I agree. you can also feel it on other 70's Heart songs like (Love Me Like Music) I'll Be Your Song, Soul Of The Sea, How Deep It Goes, Just The Wine etc. If Karen would have sang mellow soft rock I do believe Ann Wilson is what she would have ended up sounding like. Karen didn't have the powerful (in volume) voice required for Heart's heavier songs (Barracuda, Mistral Wind, that wail Ann does in 'Alone' etc.) but she was and amazing pop/jazz singer.
