ellipse is a masterpiece. earth and canvas are two of my favorites but there are tracks like 2-1 and tidal with worlds of their own. as much as I love imogen heap's music, I miss Guy Sigsworth's gifted production.

I was floored by her live performances, yes her voice is different than on a recording, but still beautiful and still amazing! She has been producing her own music since she was sixteen (If I Were a Butterfly) for the music, not the profit, have you seen her vlogs, her entire series on the making of Ellipse? Have you seen how she produces her music? Research before you start talking down!

I'm so eager to click on her related videos to see what other good songs she has but I'm wayyy too amazed by this song to click away haha

I am aware of this and I did do my research before posting. Guy Sigsworth did the music and production for Frou Frou, not the singing though. When I said "Imogen Heap Is Frou Frou" I simply meant that she was the main and only singer for both and not just a "Related Music Artist" as animeartistlord123 seems to believe.

@theoriginalksensei The first live performance I saw from her was 'Just For Now' and I was blown away! Just her a keyboard and laptop. I actually LOVED that "version" of the song better than the album. Honestly, like many amazing talents she is better raw.

@theoriginalksensei I agree that her live performances, for me at least, don't come close to the final releases. Though as I've learned, and if I remember correctly, she does her own edits. Lately she's even asked fans to send clips and samples of rythms, instrumentals, ect to use/get inspiration from to create new songs. If she's making the songs, AND doing the digital edits, then to me that's still all her. =P I guess that means her live performance is only only one part of a whole then, XD

love the way she writes her songs and how she composes her music. Even when you're down or if you're happy you can bet she's written a song that will have that emotion in it :) a very rare talent, and one she uses to her fullest capacity.

I am consistently unimpressed when a performer's "live" performance falls well below any online digital release. Technology can only compensate for lack of talent so much. The quality of the voice and music caught my attention, but every single live performance video I can find only serves to divulge the fact that the talent is perversely magnified surely for profit. A shame. A true shame.
