My friend dad was a American police 👮 he died in 2019 when he was a seargent and got shot in a active shooter I think 🤔

I’m not an Officer nor do I know one but this song moved me to the BRINK of tears, I don’t cry unless it’s something REALLY important to me on a personal level like when my grandmother was put into a coma for over a week or the death of my step grandfather less than a month after, hell I dot show sadness unless it’s someone REALLY close to me like if my nephews Beau and Jax got hurt or if something happened to my cousin Jayden because those two young boys make me want to stay in this world and that young woman has helped me with a lot of things I struggle with on a daily basis. This song didn’t just move me a bit it sent me fucking packing. I’m not even the same nationality as this man nor did I know him but the song about him made me feel so hard. For the next 4 years I’m going to try to improve my physical strength so I can join the Canadian Armed Forces when I turn 18 for my way to serve

To all of the people in the world who hate Law Enforcement I have something for you to hear. Police officers are regular people, they have families, parents, and friends that they love just like you. In 2019 alone, 134 officers were killed in the line of duty. 134 officers in 12 months...134 men and women who left behind their families...134 officers who gave the ultimate sacrifice. That is not counting the 112 suicides. 113 Law Enforcement officers who felt like they were not good enough. They could save people and though they don’t expect a “Thank You” having people hate you and spit at or on you is not something a lot of people can live with.
A thank you is never enough, nothing we do or say can ever be enough for the loss of ones life to those left behind.
May they all Rest in Peace and may all our first responders stay safe now and forever.💙

I respect your brother and salute for him. Im an eagle scout and every morning i set out an american flag and salute for every dead person. Im only in the 8th grade but my friend and i are planning on joining the marines. So i salute. My parents are both cops and I love them. Everyone in this messed up world hates cops. But they dont what happens in there world. A few of my dads police friend have died and i k ew them for a long time and salute them for their service.

I first time I saw a police funeral possession I was on holiday from Britain and because I was a police officer in uk at the time I asked the taxi driver to pull over and I got out and asked a group of officers if I could join them and just saluted the whole possession. To ALL who want to become Policemen & Women in this climate of Blue & White hatred I salute you ! When my step father was a high ranking police officer, I never worried since he wore a size 13 shoe/boot i.e. he was a big man (over 6'4"). Once he ended up arresting a fellow officer who lived in our town,who he got a call on who was beating his wife & child, & killed the wife before he could get to their house, the father/ husband was looking for his daughter & he was still armed when my step father arrived. He beat up the husband pretty good before cuffing him. He was going to be brought up on charge's for the beating but the husband refused to press charge's or to testify, as in his words he's Thankful someone stepped up & gave him a dose of his own medicine & stopped him before he also killed his daughter. His worse case ! This was back in the late 60's, things were different then, atleast in our town.
My step father would say you've got to protect yourself, besides also protecting the public so you go home at the end of the day. Especially now in this current cop killing culture.

Although I’m not American, it’s still so emotional to see people who voluntarily take risk their lives for others and people stand and watch as they get shot dead. Most have family’s and to have to be the officer to tell his wife/girlfriend that their love one is dead must be hard, watching them grieve and their kids being depressed it’s insane how people can kill them. They are here to help you, not to kill you but it still happens. Now I want to go into law enforcement because I believe justice needs to be helped and I want to do my family and friends and the country proud.
