I really agree. this album is so full of layers, their new stuff is so 2d in comparison. I probably would have never been a fan if it weren't for this album. It's amazing, the rest is pretty much just good.

But look at Blood in the Dance Floor.

I made the mistake of researching them... They appear to look metal they dress similar to BVB but in reality BOTDF is a shit band, they poorly represent rock, I'm not sure they are rock!?

But yeah do some research because even the most normal looking kid can enjoy rock. Rock is not specifically built for emos and goths.

Not 100% sure but it may be due to their recording and travels in North America pre signing with Rise and how culture shock and traveling to new and exotic places, while scary and hard to deal with at times is an exciting adventure, but remaining grounded through it all while growing as people is what they strive for. 

It's about getting to a certain place, phisicaly or mentally that you've never been before.

Rise is ok and has a handful of great bands, but HLH ? They never fail me. Them and Circa Survive are my two favorite bands
