It's really economical to be in a dethcore band these days. If you're a "singer", you don't have to memorize your lyrics. You can just scream your grocery list or some public domain kiddie music. And if you're a bass player, you can just pretend to play. Turn your amp off, jump around, and try to look badass. It doesn't matter if it's not real music. Angsty teens will still give you their parent's money.

Wow, this is the second time I have listened to this album, first was when it came out. I also saw them play this live last night, I cannot even bear to listen to it here. This studio recording does not do it justice, it sounds 100x heavier live, I barely even recognize them as the same thing.

best gwar album ever. it's like they rediscovered how truly awesome they are and let it all out on lust in space and the last albums were all a build up to this.
