Teared up when I heard of his passing a few years ago. I played many of BB Kings songs trying to mimic the sound he made. Never could come close because playing the blues is all about feeling. I'm learning everyday. My thanks goes to all the great blues musicians that came before. Us aspiring blues musicians have a base we can all begin from. Thanks to all the blues sisters and brothers for keeping blues music alive. Signing off as playing the blues until I die. Peace..
