Acording to GB himself, Hurt and WaM take place before Anarchy.

T10 Fox Fisher well as far as crude assumption goes the conflict escalating to and ending in party riot in WaM might be what caused the architect of the UAJP to take motion and form his new city, hurt could be the prequel to WaM, giving backstory on the mercenary faction that took power and led the rebellion. Hurt could go into detail on the society that birthed the social construct, I mean wandering gunmen aren't too far removed from the mercenary hierarchy
