Yeah Dylan wrote it. Jerry Garcia did it best in the mid 70s.
it is indeed a Dylan song Uncle Jerry did it back in the seventies there's a few Bob have done that he's never done himself another great one he gave the Eric Clapton a 1978 for the backless album called if I don't be there by morning Bob's never played that live and never recorded it he just gave it to Eric. here here's a song I don't want maybe you could do something with the lyrics and Eric lay down a great blues rocking tune.
