So, like some Gorillaz fans will post comments on certain Blur songs to the effect of "This totally could have been a Gorillaz song" and that's cool & understandable but, you don't see much of the reverse happening. So that's what I'm here to do. lol.

So yeah, out of all the Gorillaz songs this feels the most Blur-esque, imo. Like, this would easily have fit in on the self-titled or hell imagine a slightly alternate universe where we have this on Parklife instead of "Bank Holiday" and it fits fine.

So apparently, the reason why 2-D sounds so mad is because in the lore he was looking for his studio keys for ages and couldn’t find them so he lost his shit and when murdoc saw him that angry he used 2-D’s anger to make a song. 2-D screamed the lyrics into the mic and stormed out of the room.
