I like what they did with the drums on this song. They're punky, certainly ATDI-esque, yet mixed pretty quiet so Troy doesn't have to resort to louder singing; instead, he can deliver some clean, chilly parts.
I really dig this, glad I can hear these guys in something different than Mastodon/ATDI/QOTSA. Awesome!

I would like this band for multiple reasons, but I don't for multiple reasons. Mainly because the reasons I would like it aren't quite met. Audio production is weak and unexciting, I can't connect at all emotionally with the music, though some can. Not for me, I understand the appeal (mindless angst), but I just feel like there is hardly any musicality that is appealing to my ear. Song starts, song ends. and ends. and ends. and ends. and ends. and then ends again.

I honestly don't understand where most of these comments are coming from, but the first thing I did after listening this song was play it again. I'm digging everything about it, from the amazing Kyuss-esque guitar work to Troy Sanders' unmistakable vocals. Love it!

exactly. the guitar playing is so cool coupled with troy's busy basslines and that hard hitting bare bones dry snare (he is a busy bass player from playing with brann dailor for so many years, quite a busy drummer)

I like how the high gain bass is the driving force doing all of the heaviness of the sound while the guitar is adding the accents and color rather than the other way around. If there tour the US next year, I'm in.

Now it changed. The band is not crap but would fit more signed with the likes of Rolling stones and Foo fighters.
