Heard Gillian sing this at the Paramount in Ashland, KY. The tears rolled down my cheeks on this one...it encompasses loneliness/defines it.

This great song wasn't on YouTube, or the album version wasn't, so I uploaded it. What a great little love song. Gillian has shown so much talent as a songwriter. I hope she writes more songs like the ones from her early days. I like her roots type music and not so much the alternate country type stuff. I like the serious harder songs, her more spiritual tunes, and songs about love or lost love. So I guess I like a lot of Gillian's more dreary music but she just does those songs with such feeling and emotion. Much love to Gillian and her great guitarist and life partner David Rawlings.
