He was one of 42 people taken into police custody following Operation Child Guardian in Polk County, Florida.

The Daily Ridge reports that 27 year old Faviere has been charged with three counts of Possession of Child Pornography and six counts of Promotion of Sexual Performance of a Child.

Joel is not nick!! Nick was their original singer and has been back in the band for 5 years now!
@the people talking about the arrest, Joel was arrested Joel was only in the band for an ep while Nicholas left due to mental health issues he was only in the band for a short time, nick has been back for 5 years nick only met Joel once for a minute and the rest of get scared hadn't talked to him in 5 years nick and Joel aren't the same person and please don't bring the rest of get scared into the arrest they had nothing to do with it and it just puts a bad name on for them!!
