Big fan of Blade Runner too. This is the favorite song from Strange Charm. Those bells and haunting rhythms remind me of Miami Vice in parts.
I wasnt a big fan of strange charm, however i am a big fan of this track. Whenevet i hear it, it reminds of me some classic sci fi fantasy. Brilliantly done and very atmospheric
This track and "My Breathing" are the two musical highlights of this album, IMHO.
The latter deserves a lyrical retool though, so it isn't mashup of whinging about BBC One and whatever "sex skin crawl" is. Keep the music and even the backing vocals. Just give it less whinge-y / weird lyrics.
Wow! what a trip! I remember Gary Numan from his early 80's hit "Cars"......little did I know when I was a child his music is much more than a pop hit! I believe Mr. Numan is very well familiar to the works of the dark side that is more prominent in our everyday life than we can ever imagine, this specific topic I am speaking about is mind control. Mind controlled slaves to the CIA and yes you guessed it the family of the Illuminati..... I have a feeling Mr. Numan was connected to this somehow as you can hear it in his lyrics, he's knows more than the average bear.......
