People are forgetting Noel wrote Oasis songs for Liam to sing, there voices cant compare, i prefer Liam's stuff to Noel's but its not unexpected its different now he isn't in Oasis! Noel makes this kind of music because he cant sing the full on rock and roll songs its as simple as that

Most of the David Holmes produced/co written stuff is pretty uninspiring and forced in my opinion. You would expect this seeing as it is all spawn from just sitting in a studio 'trying' to write music instead of doing what Noel does best, which is catching songs from the sky when they fall. This one just sounds like a rehash of 'keep of reaching'. Ditch David Holmes Noel, you're wasting your talent.

I get that Noel had to go in this direction. It made/makes sense. And I listen to all sorts. But gotta say, starting as a noel guy I'm more liam now. Musically I'd rather Liam's familiar continuing path than Noel's unpredictable mediocre soundscape.

Decent. nothing more, fair tune, good groove. It's about as 'different' as Noel can get, it sounds like all that stuff from the 90's though, you know - think of Primal Scream's 'Accelerator' album and the like.........

Noel has definitely carved out and developed a sound all his own. People commenting they don't like it are disappointed it doesn't sound like Oasis or isn't a simple acoustic tune. This song is Noel Gallagher's sound. It's like listening to the last 2 David Gilmour albums and being upset it doesn't sound like Pink Floyd. That was the past, can't recreate that moment.
